Grant has been involved in the building industry since 2004 and has over 12 years’ experience in managing construction companies. Grant is also the Principal Contract Administrator and holds the role of OH&S Co-Ordinator.

Todd Blackwood

Director – Construction Manager

Todd has in excess of 20 years practical construction experience. His focus is on overseeing the entire project management cycle; working closely with the on-site supervisory team; and delivering the end product to the Client. Custom Builds with price range of $1.3m to $12m.

Tim Dobb B.Eng

Draftsperson

With over 14 years in architectural documentation and project co-ordination including high end residential, commercial and retail projects. An experienced operator of Revit, Autocad and Archicad, Tim is highly skilled in producing documentation and 3D Models for all stages of the project life-cycle.

Jamie Holland

Senior Site Supervisor

Jamie has approximately 30 years proven construction experience covering residential, light industrial, retail and commercial projects. His ability to liaise with Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers ensures a timely project delivery. Jamie is very accomplished in both project management and site supervisory roles, on a national basis.

Amanda King

Administration Co-Ordinator

Amanda has worked within the residential and commercial construction industry for 20 years; and joined Maintech in 2011. Amanda provides contract administration and general support to the Directors and Supervisors, prior to, during and post construction.
